Training starts on day 1 with your Induction and continues with a personal development plan, discussed at least quarterly with your Line Manager, and ongoing coaching and career development sessions. A career with VetEnt can be as rewarding as you want it to be!

As a company we also like to have fun and have many social events throughout the year, from BBQ's to golf days. The whole company, plus partners, get together at Christmas for a dinner and dance and all staff are encouraged to get to know colleagues from other branches. There is a little bit of friendly competition each year through a branch against branch contest.
