As an essential business, the level 4 period may look very different when we turn up on the farm or see you in the clinic.

Don’t fret, the service we provide will be similar, but the way we interact has changed. We take the health and protection of our staff very seriously and need to ensure their safety first so that we can continue to deliver our service to you. We already have strong hygiene protocols in place as a medical facility, but have put in additional measures that we believe will also minimise any potential risks.

All we ask is your patience during this time of flux, kindness towards our team, and to follow our measures to keep them safe as they care for your business and animals.

How to keep us all safe when visiting a clinic:

  • Please phone ahead of your visit to clinic. This will help us create a plan for you, your pet, or your farm, and will ensure we can get what you need faster and without you having to wait or come into contact with other customers.
  • Our new waiting rooms will be the car park. Please phone in when you arrive and we can work through your next steps.
  • Clinic buildings will be closed to control access. Please be patient and bear with us.
  • We have over the phone electronic payments so won’t be handling cash.
  • To reduce the need for signatures your verbal consent will be requested instead of a signature.
  • Please let us know if you pose a risk to our team, are immune compromised, or high risk - we will work through alternative ways to make sure your animal gets the care it needs.
  • We will have hand sanitizer available at all admission points.

For our farming clients, we ask that you adhere to the 2 metre social distancing and do let us know that you are happy for us to come on farm.
