Linda-Gibbons-Goodhew
Vet Nurse
Linda is a nurse at VetEnt Otorohanga. She has been with VetEnt for the past four years after completing her certificate in Veterinary Nursing. Starting firstly in Te Awamutu as a part time Vet Nurse while completing her training, she then extended her duties to become a casual support staff and Vet Nurse for the three Waipa clinics. Her role now is as Support Staff / Vet Nurse with Otorohanga 3 days a week and then one day with Te Awamutu on Friday’s. Linda has experience in the industry beyond her years with VetEnt. She has previously worked as a Laboratory Technician at Ruakura Research Station, and has been rearing 100+ beef calves with the help of her husband for the past 18 years on their lifestyle block. Linda enjoys the mixed practise aspect of working at VetEnt. She is able to assist large and small animal clients at the front desk, and helps to care for smaller patients, motivated by seeing positive outcomes and wholly supporting clients. Outside of work, Linda has a hoard of her own animals including two dogs (one that only has 3 legs) and three cats. She enjoys discovering the walking tracks of the Northern King Country with her husband and spending time with her family.
