I graduated from the University of Bristol in 2000 and moved to NZ in 2002 when I fell in love with the scenery and the outdoor lifestyle of Queenstown. Since then I have worked in a small animal practice and I particularly enjoy surgery. I love the friendly atmosphere at work and it has been great to combine my passion for veterinary work with living in such a wonderful part of the world.

Teishan is a Vet Nurse at VetEnt Otrohanga. She has been with the VetEnt team for over 6 years now, starting as a casual nurse in 2012, and then becoming full time in 2014. Teishan loves working with her tight knit team at Otorohanga while still having access to the support network across the company and in particular the Waipa clinics. Teishan is passionate about seeing pets improve and recover under the teams care and then seeing them go home to their owners happy and healthy.
Teishan describes one of the best parts of her job as meeting new fur babies and watching them transition through their life stages. She enjoys meeting VetEnt clients and forming relationships based on a mutual love of their pets.
Outside of work, Teishan plays netball for Waitomo, and enjoys spending time with her friends and family, her husband Josh and their four legged family which includes two dogs and cat.
