The Position:

We are seeking a casual Veterinary Nurse to join our energetic team, located in Lincoln. VetEnt Lincoln is a busy mixed clinic, supported by a great nursing and customer service team. We are a proactive and progressive team who strives for the best care and service every day and are looking for a team mate to join us on this adventure into our bigger, brighter, better future.

This role offers an incredible opportunity for a self-motivated Veterinary Nurse in delivering expert and proactive care to companion animals that truly enhances the pet-owner bond. You’ll love the empowerment of working within our clinic team and the support and benefits of working alongside Vets and Vet Nurses in our VetEnt clinics around the country.

Key Responsibilities

  • You must have a Veterinary Nursing qualification or be a 2nd year nursing student.
  • The ability to cover annual and sick leave, including the Saturday hours if required is essential.  
  • Work well individually and as part of a close team.
  • This is an ideal opportunity to help get your foot in the door of the veterinary industry.
  • Additional hours could be provided through the surrounding Canterbury clinics.
  • Keen to drive the role and get involved with all aspects of the clinic.
  • Passionate about outstanding client and patient care.
  • Great communication skills.
  • Enthusiastic and driven with a willingness to learn.
  • Compassionate, understanding, and friendly with an outgoing personality!
