The Position:

Are you ready to embark on an exciting journey with us?  We’re on the lookout for an exceptional individual to provide top-notch customer to our clients.  This fulltime position includes rostered Saturdays (usually 1 in 6) and offers the opportunity to make a difference in both the large animal and companion animal sectors. 

If you have a background in the agriculture industry or veterinary clinics, you’re exactly who we are looking for!  But even if you’re a customer service expert without prior experience in these fields, we encourage you to apply.  We provide full technical training to help you excel in your new role.

• Deliver exceptional care to our pets and pet-parents and farmers!
• Collaborate effectively within our close-knit team.
• Engage in various aspects of clinic operations!
• Handle administrative tasks efficiently.
• Demonstrate knowledge of on-farm animal health products and practices
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members.
• Show enthusiasm, drive, and willingness to learn.
• Exhibit compassion, understanding and a friendly demeanour!

To succeed in this role, you should possess outstanding relationship-building skills, impeccable time management, attention to detail and reliability.  A veterinary nursing qualification would be advantageous but not mandatory.
